Why join BayJoyce?
BayJoyce began with a simple idea — to create a space where Korean women professionals in the Bay Area can connect, learn, and grow together.
In Silicon Valley, there are countless talented Korean women, yet it's still surprisingly hard for us to find and connect with one another.
BayJoyce was created to change that — to build a community where shared experiences turn into real connection, and where inspiration flows both personally and professionally.
Our Approach
Intentional Gatherings
Every few months, we bring together a small group of members for conversations that matter — from fireside chats to dinners and workshops.
By keeping each gathering intimate, we create room for real connection, thoughtful reflection, and shared growth.
